Stop the presses. I am so very sorry but I have had to remove the poll for my Fall fabulous contest. A few people wrote me out of concern that there could be yet another glitch and indeed there seemed to be as I monitored activity over an hours time and something seemed off. Then I read some message boards that there have been some "issues" with bloggers polls.
Partly because of my OCD and mostly because its important this is fair, I have removed the poll and am going to do this the old fashioned way. I am going to have everyone just leave a number of their ONE choice in the comment section. I will then tally up the votes on Sat. (instead of Friday). If you would like you can vote anonymously on the drop down menu and choose anonymous. One vote only please. Again, sorry to the contestants and to anyone who has voted....I know this is not convenient, but its important for this to be fair and I am upset that bloggers polls have indeed not been totally accurate. So once again here are the contestants! Please leave your vote in the comment section...starting anew. Voting will end midnight on Friday.
Good morning! Well, suffice to say my first contest was a smashing success.Thank you to all who sent in your gorgeous pictures of the most beautiful landscapes, tantalizing tablescapes, cutest kids, gorgeous artwork, fabulous florals, precious pets, and many with a funny whimsical spin put on them...I so enjoyed seeing them! I love the fact too that I received entries from as far as France and Australia! I found some in the spam folder and really hope I got in all that everyone sent me and apologize in advance if for some reason any were missed, I worked hard to "find" all of them (I had a week where Google was really temperamental and some things went missing). All I can say is you are one incredibly talented bunch and I am really glad I am not the judge here, there are so many amazing pictures to choose from.
This is going to be fun, but you are really going to have to concentrate hard as you go through the "contestants". There are so many fabulous ones, I really do wish I had a prize for each. I think the best thing to do is to scroll through and maybe try to narrow it down to 2 or 3 that really jump out at you when you keep in mind the theme "Fall fabulous". Then pick a winner and scroll down to my handy little poll below and place your vote. Voting will end on Thursday morning. WOWZA!!!!! I am sorry...I know this is serious sensory overload! I didn't think I would get this many. I realize there are many many winners here but as this is a contest you can only vote for one :( I will announce a lucky winner on Friday (voting ends on Thursday).
